Single Knots

Single knots are considered the best method of knotting producing a tiny knot for each individual hand-tied hair.  Lace Wigs Two or three individual hairs can be single knotted at one time speeding up the process to the detrimental of creating a larger knot with less aesthetically pleasing finish.


Double Knots

Double knots literally involve knotting hair twice to produce a double knot which provides a stronger,  Lace Wigs more robust knot. The resultant knots are however even more visible under close inspection.


Bleached Knots

Bleaching the knots is just meant to make the knots less detectable.  Lace Wigs They won't be clear or totally invisible. The bleached hair will help to hide the knots in about 1/4 – 1/2 inch fronts. It is a method of making the hair appears as if it is growing from the scalp. Lace Wigs It gives a realistic view effect. If the original hair color is Black, Dark Brown, Medium Brown or Brown, then knots that hold the hair onto the base will be slightly lighter and will be much less visible.


Why choose Bleached Knots?

Of course, Bleached Knots have its disadvantage: it's bad to the hair quality and it will be easy to shed, which is the deadly reason.

So, we recommend that you'd NOT bleach the knots through the entire head, but around perimeter hairline 2 inches. Besides, to the lace wigs which couldn't be bleached, we recommend single knots instead of bleached knots.
 
How to Bleach Knots on a Lace Wigs?

We've all heard about “bleaching knots” when it comes to frontals, closures, and lace wigs, but what does that even mean? When hair is tied to a lace base, there is a dark knot where each strand is secured. Bleaching or “lightening” these knots reduces their visibility, and helps make the hair appear as if it is growing from the scalp.

Use the small applicator brush to apply a very small amount of the bleaching agent to knots on the lace wigs. You will want to start in the front of the lace wigs and move back systematically to avoid missing any knots. Allow bleaching agent to remain on the lace wigs for the manufacturer's recommended time before rinsing thoroughly with cool running water.

Bleaching knots on lace wigs can be an effective way to improve the appearance of the hairline.

Bleached knots usually are only done at the front of the lace wigs and it helps create the illusion that your hair is growing out of your head.
