We aim to offer services that will benefit all of our loyal customers. All of our other worldwide customers can return to our warehouse. Before returning an item, please always contact us prior to returning the items.

Time limit for accepting return is within 7 days of receiving the items.

Circumstances for Returnable Items

Items that can be returned/refunded must follow the criteria as below:

1. Items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.

2. Items received in the incorrect size/color/texture, which must not be unwashed/unworn/unused.

Circumstances for Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

1. Items outside the 7 days warranty time-frame.

2. Items washed, worn and used.

3. Items received in the correct size/color/texture.


Notes: All returns must be authorized by our customer service team. 

Returns Process & Time-Frame

Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays: 

1. If your item is returnable (see aboved), please send an email to our customer service team stating your:

Order number

Product name

Reason for return

2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a authorization along with our return address.

3. Please return the item according to our instructions and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.

Costs for returnable items

Only on the condition that items meet our circumstances for returnable items, the return costs will be taken by the seller. 

Time of receiving the refund 

For Debit/Credit Card and PayPal refunds, please allow 2 days for the transaction to process.
