First of all, the communication w/ this vendor was AMAZING! All my questions were answered in a nice and timely manner. Also they gave me tips on how to take care of the hair. I got this hair for my client and she LOVES IT! I bleached and colored this hair in order to give it the highlights and the hair was still soft and flowy. There were no harsh smell when I opened it and also the hair was soft to touch w/ NO shedding! This is my second time ordering from this company and I have not been let down!
