So far so good, the shipping was great! I talked to customer service and asked to get my hair ASAP . Ordered it Friday and Got it Wednesday. The hair is really really soft and I can’t wait to install it. I plan to dye the roots brown so I’ll get you guys an update when I do it !! :)
